Good

We ordered 1000 silicone coasters from AI-MICH. The first few samples had some issues (measurements, colours etc), but Kristen continued to help with resolving those issues. We were initially unhappy that we were being asked to pay again for a new set of samples when the measurements mistake was on the supplier/manufacturer's end, but did not want to delay the project any further. Kristen left the team before our order was completed, but Cathy has been patient and professional with getting our order to the finish line. There are some coasters with minor defects (less than maybe 50 out of 1000 pieces), and all the printed logos on the underside of the coasters are slightly crooked, but the quality of the silicone coasters itself is nice. I would order again but would be more adamant about the factory getting measurements and positioning of logos right.
